Now that the pandemic appears to be coming to a close, said he with tongue in cheek, most companies that have dealt with the Work-From-Home cultural change are asking; What now? Do we stay in the WFH model or go back to the office, if we stay in the WFH model how do we deliver corporate training whether it be new product rollouts, sales & support training, internal change, or professional development?
We have seen many companies trying to do it in-house but that does not seem to fit the need, even though they are Subject Matter Experts, it is the training format and delivery part that tends to suffer in the exchange of information.
