Optional Practical Training (OPT Training) is temporary employment directly related to your major field of study, available to F-1 students. You can apply for:
- Pre-completion OPT (while still studying)
- Post-completion OPT (after graduation)
You must be enrolled full-time for at least one academic year before applying.
