Refund Policy
The figure listed under ‘Total Program Cost’ represents the ultimate expense borne by the student. UNIQUE System Skills does not charge any additional application or registration fees. Should an application be declined by the school, the student is entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
- For a student who signed the enrollment agreement but does not begin classes, the refund policy is enacted. The student will receive a full refund.
- For a student cancelling after the 5th calendar day following the date of enrollment but prior to the first day of the program, monies paid to the school shall be refunded except the nonrefundable amount of the application/registration fee.
- If a student enrolls and withdraws or is discontinued the first day of the program, but prior to completion of the program, minimum refunds shall be calculated as follows:
- Up to and including completion of the first 10% of the program, the school shall refund 90% of the total tuition
- Beyond completion of 10% of the program and up to and including completion of 25% of the program, the school shall refund 75% of the total tuition.
- Beyond completion of 25% of the program and up to and including completion of 50% of the program, the school shall refund 50% of the total tuition.
- Beyond completion of 50% of the program, a student is entitled to no refund.
- The percentage of the program completed shall be determined by comparing the number of completed hours to the total number of hours in the program.
